D-subminiature (D-sub) cables provide serial signal transfer between your devices.  Our premium Dsub cables are fully shielded and overmolded to ensure protection against EMI and RFI.  The high-quality materials, molded construction, and workmanship make our cables ideal for any environment.  Our standard D-Sub cables are pinned straight-through (pin 1 to pin 1, pin 2 to pin 2, etc) for extending serial devices.  However, custom pin-outs are easily manufactured with modest minimum production runs.  4/40 thumbscrews are present on male connectors and 4/40 hex nuts are present on female connectors for easy, robust installation.  Plated contacts ensure long-term, reliable connections in static environments or those requiring repeated mating cycles.  Please visit our D-Sub Tutorial for more information.
